SS – 6-Week Studio Scene Work – Genre with John Remak

6-Week Studio Scene Work:
Genre Specialty 
Saturdays 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

January 10 – February 14, 2015
Bayfront Theater, San Francisco 

Schedule: 6 sessions (once a week for 6 weeks)
Class dates: January 10, 17, 24, 31, February 7, and 14 (please note that on January 17th class will meet from 11:30am – 2:30pm)
Class length: 3 hours (18 hours total)
Class size: 10 students maximum
Tuition: $299 
Prerequisite: Foundation 3

This 6-week class is a great opportunity for you to build your individual scene skills in the context of learning about and exploring a variety of genres. Like other Studio Scenework classes, you’ll focus on the core skills of character, space object, and narrative while getting individualized attention and feedback.  

You’ll also get the added bonus of playing in popular genres, including (but not limited to) western, film noir, and romance.  

Whether you’re looking for a fun introduction to genre, you love genre work and want to play in it more, or you just want to approach your scene skills in a new way, this class is for YOU!
