Do you already have experience taking improv classes, on an improv team at your school, or performing improvisation? Are you adept at saying “Yes and,” have the skills to build a positive platform, along with telling stories and playing characters? Do you have some knowledge of improv games and feel comfortable doing an open scene?

This class will be building on previous improv experience. We’ll be going for a more intense experience and playing around with open scenes and long form (along with shaking things up with performance games). This is not a class for beginners. We will hit the ground running, building an ensemble in a positive encouraging environment where we will laugh, feel free to fail and succeed, and have a wonderful time together, culminating in a performance.
