In this four day intensive with two performances, Rebecca Stockley, William Hall, Paul Killam, and Rebecca Poretsky guide the participants in mastery of the format Super Scene. The coaches share their vision and provide a variety of approaches to the skills required in Super Scene. Gain experience in identifying your vision, bringing it to life, and adapting to the realization of your creation. In this intensive, you will direct your peers, explore actor/director interactions, pitch stories, create great shape of show, and tell your story in 5 scenes.
*Super Scene is a fun-filled format in which five directors with five separate visions or story styles direct scenes in rounds. After each round of scenes, the audience votes to select their favorites, and one by one, the stories are eliminated until only one remains. The surviving story concludes the show with the Super Scene.
