The Advanced Shakespeare Intensive will take a deep dive into the magical world of Improvised Shakespeare.  It is intended for students who already have a basic understanding and comfort with Improvised Shakespeare and are looking to play more fully with the theatricality, emotions, playfulness and poetry of the Bard.

Having covered basics of language, storytelling and themes in basic Improvised Shakespeare, this workshop will go deeper, encouraging students to push past their comfort zones, access new shades of character, emotionality, and energetic tones to create a full and magical story.  We’ll cover topics of theatrical stage picture and movement, committed emotion, truthful acting, character variety, and connected storytelling in a cohesive ensemble.

Priority will be given to those who have completed an Improvised Shakespeare Workshop.

**Register before June 1st to take advantage of our early registration rate of $419. After June 1st class price increases to $449.**
