Did you know that improv practice can help build a growth mindset? Let’s spend a couple of hours playing together for the express purpose of promoting positive mindset, resiliency, and gratitude. We’ll practice exercises and play games that you can utilize outside of class as we negotiate everyday life and extraordinary times. No improv experience necessary and all levels welcome.
