In-Person Beginning Youth Improv

Grades 6-8

Thursdays March 24 – May 12
Bayfront Theater, San Francisco

 

Class Time/Dates: 4:30pm-6:00pm//Thursdays March 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5 & 12
Class size: 16 students maximum
Class length: 1.5 hours per day (12 hours total instruction)
Tuition: $229

It’s never too early to start improvising, and now you can start that journey here at BATS!

Beginning Youth Improv is a fun and engaging introduction to improvisation.  This class focuses on the foundations of improv like:
•listening
•collaboration
•teamwork
•imagination
…which all happen to be GREAT life skills, too!
Through games and exercises, students will practice individual skills, create stories, and learn to be part of an ensemble, all in a low-pressure environment with an emphasis on FUN!
The class will culminate in a showcase performance for family and friends.
