IMPROV SERIES CLASS FOR TEENS

You’re invited to come play and perform at BATS Improv, the Bay Area’s biggest and best school of improvisational theatre.

Improvisational theatre is the art of making it up; students may be familiar with improv from such television programs as Whose Line is it Anyway?

By playing theater games and learning to take risks in a safe environment, improv students develop the ability to tell stories collaboratively and work in the moment.

Improvisation can have a positive impact on students both on- and off-stage. Workshops help...
* Improve verbal expression
* Enhance listening skills
* Build body awareness
* Increase interpersonal intelligence
* Boost self-confidence

Since 1986, BATS has taught thousands of satisfied students from all over the Bay Area, throughout the U.S., and from as far away as Australia, Europe, and Japan. BATS is one of the world’s most well-respected schools of improvisational theatre.

All classes are held in a professional performing space--the 200-seat Bayfront Theater.
