In Studio Scene Work students hone their performance skills, such as being seen and heard, listening, character, and being fun to play with.

The smaller class size gives students more opportunities to work and gives coaches more opportunities to provide detailed feedback. Studio Scene Work is a great tune-up for advanced students who have taken a break from studying. It can be taken multiple times.

Students who take Studio Scene Work can concurrently take Studio Specialty classes, which focus on character, status, playwrights, genre, stage skills, acting, and other specific skills.

Students move out of Studio Scene Work when the coach, Associate Dean, and Dean determine the student is ready to advance to Performance Level classes.
