Schedule: 6 sessions; once a week for six weeks
**This class is the first in a back-to-back Foundation series schedule for a total of 18 weeks: all three Foundation class series meet on Tuesday nights at our Mission location with Coach Chris Sams. Students do not have to take all three classes, but we will give priority registration for Foundation 2 and Foundation 3 to students registered for this Foundation 1 class. Class size: 16 students maximum
