Bayfront Theatre audience seating.Bayfront Theater Rentals 

Located along the San Francisco waterfront in the historic Fort Mason Center between Fisherman’s Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge, the 200-seat Bayfront Theater is the ideal place to hold a performance, conference, or gathering. The theater features a modern proscenium, auditorium-quality seating, a concessions stand with cafe seating, and both on- and off-stage wheelchair accessibility.

Performer and house manager amenities include a green room, two dressing rooms, a ticket counter, a tech booth with sound and light board, and a projector. The Bayfront Theater is available for rent most weekdays and often weeknights Monday through Thursday. 


Annex Rentals

Looking for an intimate space for rehearsals, company break-out sessions, co-working, wellness and exercise groups, or other intimate gatherings?  The BATS Annex, also located in Building B at Fort Mason Center, is available for rental inquiries.

 
With amenities available such as basic furniture (tables and chairs), whiteboards for brainstorming and coworking, private access codes for flexible scheduling, and conveniently located directly next to the facilities, this space is available for rent weekdays, and occasional evenings!

About Fort Mason Center

Fort Mason Center is located in the historic piers and buildings of Lower Fort Mason in San Francisco’s Marina District. This former military base offers the opportunity to experience Bay Area culture in a unique environment, focusing on the visual and performing arts, humanities, education, ecology, and recreation.

A National Historic Landmark and part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, the Center houses more than 40 nonprofit organizations and is the setting for more than 15,000 meetings, conferences, performances, and special events, attended by 1.5 million visitors each year.

Fort Mason Center has paid parking.

On Friday evenings between March and October, Fort Mason Center hosts Off the Grid, a food and music event featuring varied cuisine from Bay Area restaurants and food trucks.
