Statement of Fulfilled Prerequisite for Foundation Specialty Enrollment

By enrolling in BATS Improv's Foundation Specialty classes, you are hereby agreeing that:

1) You have successfully completed the minimum requirements for passing the Foundation 2 series;

2) If your eligibility to enroll in a Foundation Specialty class is found to be invalid, you will not be issued a refund for your class; however, you will be able to apply your tuition payment toward other BATS classes for which you are eligible.
