Statement of Fulfilled Prerequisite for Foundation 2 Enrollment

By enrolling in BATS Improv's Foundation 2 class, you are hereby agreeing that:

1) You have successfully completed the minimum requirements for passing the Foundation 1 series;

2) If your eligibility to enroll in Foundation 2 is found to be invalid, you will not be issued a refund for your Foundation 2 class; however, you will be able to apply your tuition payment toward other BATS classes for which you are eligible.
